Pad Thai
(Golden Chopstix)
Ingredients:
One Egg, One
Spoon of Oil, 4 Oz Meat (chicken, Beef, Pork or Shrimp), 3.00 Oz Pad Thai
Noddle, 4 spoons of Pad Thai sauce, Paprika powder and 4 Oz Beansprout.
Before you
cook, put noodles in water for ½ hour.
1st
Cook one spoon of Oil in a pan then add meat.
2nd
after meat is cooked, crack an egg in.
3rd
add wet noodles and stir gently and when noodles are soft add the paprika
powder, stir gently for one minute.
4th
turn off heat, add beansprouts and cover them with the noodles and stir gently
for half a minute then enjoy.
